The Building of Jugoexport in Belgrade has been sold to the Serbian meat king, Petar Matijevic, for EUR 7.3 million.
The grand edifice in Kolarceva Street in Belgrade had been up on sale for a decade, but nobody bought it until now. It had been initially estimated at EUR 20 million, but its price kept dropping with each unsuccessful auction.
Nevertheless Matijevic's offer was accepted today.
