Third sale of army facilities organized – Selling barracks in Vrsac, Zrenjanin, Novi Sad...

The Directorate for Property of the Republic of Serbia has placed a third ad for the sale of army facilities. On sale are 15 barracks and army warehouses at the price lower than the one defined by the Tax Administration when the the facilities were included in the Ministry of Defense's master plan for selling surplus immovable property.

The reason for selling the barracks is, among others, the fact that there were no interested buyers for some of them in the previous two sales. The lower price is now meant to attract potential buyers.

Of the 15 barracks and army warehouses, the most expensive one is the military complex Zarko Zrenjanin in Vrsac. The lowered price for the entire complex amounts to EUR 3,645,945.72. The lowered price for the army warehouse Pod Tvrdjavom in Novi Sad now amounts to EUR 972,771.43.

The lowered starting price for the military complex in Zrenjanin is EUR 44,716.73, whereas the lowered starting purchase price for the military complex Novi Dobocas in Irig amounts to EUR 316,758.99.

Another military complex in Irig, Beketovo, is also on sale, at the starting price of EUR 306,531.10, whereas the starting purchase price for a part of the military complex Kacarevo in Pancevo has been lowered to EUR 9,891.48. Also on sale is the military complex Lisnik – Vojna Ekonomija in Sremska Mitrovica, at the lowered starting price of EUR 10,502.76.

The lowered starting purchase price for a part of the military complex Stari Banovci in Stara Pazova is EUR 198,660.24.

The Kadinjaca barracks in Valjevo is being sold at the starting price of EUR 1,638,295.89, whereas the new starting price for the building and agricultural land at the military complex Vodice in Smederevska Palanka is EUR 845,954.66.

Also on sale is the army warehouse complex Reka Ostruznica at the lowered starting price of EUR 689,255.52.

The army warehouse complex Potocanje in Uzice is being sold at the price of EUR 292,481.99, the price of the land in the construction area Ratina in Kraljevo amounts to EUR 260,397.35, whereas the Industrijski Kolosek complex in Nis is being sold for EUR 224,823.71.

The land at the military complex Put-Izvor-Zeleznicka Stanica in Pirot is being sold at the price of EUR 74,659.60.

All military complexes on sale as seen can be visited on December 6 and 7, from 12 o'clock to 1 pm, and visits need to be announced in advance. The bid submission deadline period is 15 days from the date of the ad placement, i.e. December 10. The procedure of opening the bids will be carried out by a commission, and the criterion for the choice of the best bidder will be the offered purchase price.
