Shopping mall and hotel in Rajiceva street to generate 400 vacancies - September 2017 to see the opening

The shopping center and hotel in Rajićeva street will occupy 60,000 square meters, and the Israeli investment worth around EUR 80 m is the only shopping center in the country located in the main pedestrian zone.The Mayor of Belgrade Sinisa Mali said that, when he visited the site in August last year, work were ongoing only on the construction of underground garage, and that the current facility is at the end, with the announced plan of opening in September next year.Tsahi Boneh, head of ABD and project manager, outlined that so far 70% of space has been rented, and that negotiations with the company that will manage the hotel have been in progress. He reminded that the project is in its final stage, thanking the Mayor Sinisa Mali and the City of Belgrade on current interest, help and support.At the same time, Mali announced the start of construction of the gondola that will link Kalemegdan park with Park of friendship for the end of next year.
