RC Reinvest, subsidiary of RC EUROPA, has bought a parcel in Dusana Popovica Street in Kraljevo, where it will build a retail park with an area of 5,000 m2. The investment is worth a total of EUR 5 million, and the projects will provide jobs for 100 workers, the company reported.

The 11,178 m2 parcel is located directly next to the Sports Hall.

Customers will be able to purchase numerous international designer brands at the new retail park, as well as groceries at the Maxi Supermarket, which will be taking the central spot.

In cooperation with the City of Kraljevo, RC Reinvest has invested in the development of a new intersection in Dusana Popovica Street, thereby providing an easier and safer access to the Hall and the future retail park. The intersection opened on Monday, October 17, and the ceremony was attended by the mayor of Kraljevo, Predrag Terzic, the head of the Directorate for Planning and Construction, Aleksandar Nestorovic, the director of RC Reinvest, Michal Augustyn, as well as representatives of contractors, the companies Novi Pazar Put and Selma, the report adds.

Augustyn announced that the construction of the retail park would begin in march 2017, and that it was expected to open in the final quarter of 2017.

He thanked the local self-government and representatives of the Raska district for their cooperation and added that RC Reinvest would invest in the development of sports in Kraljevo, one of many investments planned in the city.

As reported, RC Reinvest has acquired the building permit for the construction of a retail park in Vrsac, and the company plans to build retail parks all over Serbia.

RC Reinvest is a subsidiary of RC EUROPA, headquartered in Brno, the Czech Republic. The company has offices in Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia.
