Cheapest Belgrade Waterfront apartment to cost at least EUR 156,000 – Lowest price of square meter EUR 2,500

The cheapest apartment in the Belgrade Waterfront complex will cost at least EUR 156,000, stated the general manager of the company, Nikola Nedeljkovic.

When asked why the price of a square meter in the first two residential facilities which were being built wasn't available anywhere, Nedeljkovic said that the choice of an apartment depended on the buyer's needs.

As he said, the price of a square meter varies between apartments and depends on the floor the apartment is on, its structure, size and whether it provides a view to the river or the city.

Nedeljkovic said that the lowest price of a square meter was EUR 2,500 and that other prices might exceed EUR 3,000.

According to him, the cheapest apartment, a residential unit with one bedroom, costs EUR 156,000.
