The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has called the sale of the plot of land of 74,428 m2 of surface, located between the Belgrade-Novi Sad highway and Majora Zorana Radosavljevica St. (Batajnica Road).
According to the urban plans of the Gornji Zemun commercial zone, where the parcel is located, the construction of business, storage and commercial facilities is allowed on the land, whereas the construction of residential buildings is forbidden.
The starting price is around RSD 657 million (around EUR 5.3 million), the deadline for the submission of bids is September 22, and the bids will be opened on September 23.
