"Plaza Centers" to have trade center built in Kruševac - investment worth 80m EUR

- Company "Plaza centers" will start construction of shopping mall and entertainment center worth 80m EUR in Kruševac in spring - said local partner of the group member, company "Prima", Žarko Pavlović yesterday (January 16, 2008).

He said that the center would be built on the surface of about 100,000 square meters and that it was expected that the works would be completed at the end of the year 2009. According to his words, the company bought unit "Veselin Nikolić", of which surface is about 2 ha, from industry "14. oktobar" for 1.8m EUR at the recent auction, and it immediately started negotiations with the owners of local parcels in order to enlarge the lot to 4.5 ha.

On the location in Kruševac, "Plaza centers" will organize construction of the facility that will unite the stores whose shelves will be rich exclusively with the goods of the renowned world manufacturers, entertainment contents and residential suites.

That trade center will employ about 1,000 citizens of Kruševac, and local building companies and handicraft stores will participate in the construction of the center.
