Novi Sad selling three locations – Starting prices from RSD 13.5 to 49.8 million

The Public Enterprise for City Construction and Development of Novi Sad (ZIG) has offered two plots of land in Veternik and one in Novi Sad for sale at public auction. The plots in Veternik are in Milana Tepica St. and between Milana Tepica St and Novosadski Put St, and the plan is for the parcel to be accessed from the new street.

The starting price for the 2,899 m2 plot in Milana Tepica St. was decided by ZIG to be RSD 49.8 million. The construction of a two-story residential building is planned on that location. The building will contain a basement, a ground floor, two stories and an attic.

The 1,095 m2 parcel between Milana Tepica St. and Novosadski Put St. is meant for commercial and service industry. The construction of a building with a basement, ground floor and one story is planned on that location. The starting price at the auction is RSD 13.5 million.

The plot on Novi Sad is at the corner of Patrijarha Carnojevica St. and Djordja Rajkovica St, has 429 m2, and its starting price is around RSD 31.6 million. The surface allows for a structure with a basement, a ground floor, three stories and an attic.

All legal and natural persons have the right of participation in the auction. The main criterion for the choice of the best bidder is the height of the price offered in the public bidding procedure, and the bids will be received on July 21, the ZIG announcement states.

It is stated that the opening of bids is scheduled for July 22 at ZIG at 10 a.m, 10:30 a.m. And 11 a.m.
