Retail complex Capitol Park Rakovica to open in April 2017

This will be the first modern retail park in the Municipality of Rakovica, which has around 110,000 citizens, which makes it the seventh most populated Belgrade municipality.

The location of the total surface of 65,000 m2 is situated within the commercial zone in the Patrijarha Dimitrija St, one Belgrade's main connecting lanes.

Capital Park Rakovica has been conceived as a complex made up of two separate objects organized around and within the central plaza of the total surface of 21,191 m2 with 30 stores containg world-famous brands and 753 parking spaces.

Local and foreign trade and fashion chains will be the renters: hypermarkets, home decor stores, fashion houses, sports stores, shoe stores, children's stores, and electronics and service stores.

The British company Poseidon is the investor, and around EUR 30 million will be invested in Capitol Park Rakovica.
