Construction of New Belgrade bus station tendered – Works planned for 2017

According to the announcement of Mayor of Belgrade Sinisa Mali, the construction of a new bus station should begin in the spring of 2017. The city needs a partner for this project, a partner who has experience managing this kind of project, and the contractor is currently being searched for. The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has tendered the building of the Bus station in the residential block 42 of New Belgrade, with the making of the urban-technical documentation.

The Agency states for eKapija that these are negotiation proceedings with an announcement of a public invitation for bids, during which the companies which have not previously made acceptable bids will be able to adjust them according to the criteria for the award of contract, while the new bidders will be able to make more solid offers.

Joint bidders Koto Ltd, JSC Masinoprojekt Kopring, W.D. Concord West Ltd, Boskovic Ljubomir Preduzetnik, Yugo Biro Architectural Design Studio, Geomer Group Ltd, Beo Potez Ltd, which is the only company to have made a bid in an open procedure, will be able to make the bids acceptable through competitive prices and delivery of additional documentation.

As the tender documentation states, the price should be below the estimated value of the public procurement of 133,333,333.00 RSD.

The application deadline is 21 June 2016.

The Agency has also tendered the formation of construction plots of the bus and railway station complex in the residential block 42 of New Belgrade.

The contractor commits to, among other things, performing geodetic setting out and surveying of the construction plots on the site, preparing the geodetic setting out designs, preparing the setting out of construction plots study, surveying and erasing object which may not exist on the site, yet are there in the cadastral records.

The application deadline is 27 June 2016.
