Guarantee Fund of Vojvodina sells buildings, cultivated fields, orchards - Public auction on 30 December 2015

The Guarantee Fund of Vojvodina has announced, based on the Mortgage Law, an auction sale of immovables, for which all interested parties should submit their bid by 29 December 2015.

The Fund is selling cultivated fields, orchards, land and residential buildings in Vojvodina. The auction will take place December 30th on the premises of the Guarantee Fund of Vojvodina.

Among the immovables going on the auction block is an 84 square meter family building in Sremski Karlovci at a starting price of EUR 26,300, a 119 sqm residential building in Vrbas at EUR 41,000, an orchard of 782 sqm and a 15 sqm land under the building in Pancevo at EUR 6,000, cultivated fields in the cadastral municipality of Pancevo at EUR 13,600, a third-class cultivated field at EUR 300, etc.

The Guarantee Fund of Vojvodina was founded by the decision of the Parliament of Vojvodina in 2003 with the task to facilitate access to the financial market and provide better lending terms than those offered by banks.
