City of Novi Sad sells five lots for a million euros - Land planned for construction of trading and production facilities

The Bureau for the construction of the City of Novi Sad released an advertisement for sale of five construction lots of a million euros. The company says that three lots are particularly attractive for investors, each on more than 3.000 m2 at the Sever 2 working zone, north from Put Novosadskog partizanskog odreda. They are planned for construction of trading and production facilities, P - P+1 (max P+2).

- It is important that investors of production departments on the basis of the Law on planning and construction are free from paying contribution for construction land development as well as that lots are equipped - the Bureau for the construction of the City of Novi Sad communicates

- The practice showed that one of significant criteria for the interest for investors is the level of equipping of land which is why the Bureau two months ago invested in utility equipping of this area - the Bureau adds.

Applications for public auctions for all five locations should be submitted until December 14 at the offices of the Bureau, in Stevan Branovacki street, number 3. Public auctions for all five lots will be carried out tomorrow, December 15, 2015 at the offices of the Bureau.
