Italians look to build sports and recreation center at Lake Pariguz

Italians are interested in building a sports and recreation center at the lake in Rakovica, Vladan Kocic, the head of this borough, revealed recently while touring a street paving site in Resnik accompanied by Belgrade City Manager Goran Vesic.

- A comprehensive plan for the lake area is almost finished. Once completed, we will be able to come out with a concrete proposal for investors - said Kocic.

Interest already exists, and the most concrete offer has come from Italians.

Let us remind that the initial plan was to build the sports and recreation center Pariguz on a surface area of 12 hectares, and the value of this investment was estimated at EUR 15 million. This complex would include a hotel, fun park, basketball and futsal courts, floating restaurants...
