Building permit for Belgrade Waterfront on September 22nd

The Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure will issue a building permit on Tuesday, September 22nd for the start of construction of Belgrade Waterfront, well-informed sources told eKapija.
According to our source, the foundation stone will be laid on September 27th, when all necessary permits are already obtained.
The building permit for the start of construction of Belgrade Waterfront will be signed by Aleksandra Damjanovic, state secretary in the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure.
Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali announced few days ago that the foundation stone for the first facility within the Belgrade Waterfront complex would be laid in the last week of September, when the agreement for Belgrade Waterfront would also be unveiled, which has already been postponed several times.
The Serbian government and Belgrade Waterfront Capital Investment, owned by Eagle Hills from the United Arab Emirates, signed a partnership agreement on 26 April 2015 to implement the Belgrade Waterfront project that calls for the construction of about 2 million square meters of residential and office space in the city center, on the right bank of the Sava River.
