In an attractive location near the main route, at the very entrance to the urban part of Mount Zlatibor, but still far enough from the tourist area, there is an eco settlement called Jelena Anzujska under construction. The investor is Inobacka from Novi Sad.
This investment is valued at EUR 7 million, which should cover the costs of organization of production of prefabricated elements in the production facility of Inobacka, construction of facilities and the entire infrastructure necessary for this mountain complex.
People at Inobacka expect this eco settlement to be finished by the year's end, whereas property holders will be able to move in as early as at the beginning of 2016.
- In this phase of construction, we are extremely happy with the response and property sales. We did our best to ensure a high level of quality at an optimal price. At this moment, 50% of all the properties are still available for purchase - Marija Babic, project manager at Inobacka, says to our web portal.
She adds that the buyers of properties within the mountain settlement Jelena Anzujska are mainly families with children who want to spend time at a mountain and enjoy active vacations.
- Besides, we've received a lot of requests from the Diaspora, mainly from our people who want to return to Serbia and see Zlatibor as an ideal location because it is only few hours of driving away from Belgrade and the seaside - says Babic.
Apartments, sports facilities, restaurants...

The future settlement with 60 apartments and all necessary amenities, such as restaurants, supermarkets, running and cycle tracks, should fit into the natural environment thanks to its architectural design. The settlement is designed to consist of three lots - Lug (Grove), situated in the area under forest, Dolina (Valley), through which a stream is running, and Jorgovan (Lilac), featuring yards dominated by the scent of lilac.
Inobacka officials point out that the local self-government was highly cooperative and professional in the process of collecting necessary permit, adding that it was the first time they had such a reception in Serbia.
As they say, they chose Zlatibor because it is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the territory of ex-Yugoslavia, it has all the necessary utility infrastructure, and the local self-government's relation with investors is excellent.
- Thanks to all this, we've decided to invest EUR 7 million in this project. Since our relation with the municipality of Cajetina is great, we're already making plans for new projects at Zlatibor, which will be even bigger than Jelena Anzujska eco settlement - the investor says.
Inobacka CEO Danilo Babic said earlier that a special agreement had been reached with the local self-government, calling for that company to build the utility infrastructure on that land lot by itself and, in return, the municipality will reduce the fee for city building land. Inobacka is a family firm established in 1990 and engaged in residential construction, trade in building materials and production of prefabricated concrete elements. PHOTO GALLERY:
