If the plans of, for now, still unknown investor come true, downtown Belgrade may obtain one more business facility. Namely, the plan is to construct a business building on a surface area of about 6,500 square meters in Macvanska Street. This building should have a ground floor and five aboveground floors.
Interested businessmen and companies will be able to choose between 27 business apartments ranging in size from 120 to nearly 170 square meters. The ground floor should feature an outlet as well.
Since the plan is to construct this building in downtown Belgrade, the problem of parking will be solved with the construction of garage, that is, three underground levels for 81 cars.
Considering that the future building will have access to three streets, there is no room to organize green areas, but the project calls for setting up a small internal yard on the ground floor as well as a green area on the roof.
Designs for the new business building in Vracar were on public display
in the building of the City Administration of Belgrade until June 9th.
