The Republic Property Directorate of Serbia has put 21 military facilities up for sale.
Among these facilities, which are all marked as unnecessary for normal functioning of the Army of Serbia, are the military complex-barracks Tanasko Rajic in Cacak, which consists of 52 facilities on a surface area totaling 23,087 square meters, the warehouse complex Potok Mesic-Belocrkvanski put in Vrsac, which is comprised of 12 facilities, the military warehouse Cirikovac in Pozarevac, land lot in the Bukovac complex in Novi Sad, land lot in the Milutinovac-3 complex near Kladovo, land lot within the Nova Pazova complex, administrative building and warehouse in the Kucajna complex in Kucevo, the warehouse barracks NH Slavko Muncan Sava in Bela Crkva, and the warehouse Pod tvrdjavom in Novi Sad.
Besides, the state is also selling a part of the military complex Stari Banovci in Stara Pazova, the barracks Carina in Smederevo, the polygon Klicevac in Valjevo, Belegis complex in Stara Pazova, Alibegovac-Karagac in Novi Sad, the army club Venac Radomira Putnika br. 2 in Sombor, and the warehouse complex Gorjani in Uzice that consists of 11 unregistered facilities.
Other facilities that the Army of Serbia does not require are the complex Ul. Stevice Jovanovica 32 in Zrenjanin, Vlasina-Stojkoviceva in Surdulica, UPT Potok Mesic in Vrsac, and the complex Jabuka in Pancevo.
All these military buildings can be toured on June 15-16, 2015, and the deadline to submit bids is 15 days of the ad publication date (June 8th).
