They are selling flats in Belgrade on water and the price is not known

The mayor, Sinisa Mali, announced sale of flats within Belgrade on water on Monday. However, according to the authorities, prices have not been defined yet! Unofficially, the square meter will be known in latter stage when the interest is in flats for which buyers show is the greatest is seen.

In the buildings to be built along the right Sava coast, flats will be from one-room to five room flats. As we found out, real estate owners will have the access to all facilities in towers, swimming pools, gym and parks. Sales package will include flat maintenance and professional security.

Real estate agents are imprecise in quoting prices. Still, they confess “they cannot state the figure, not even approximately.

In Savski venac, which is at the border with Belgrade on water, the square meter will range 1.300 from 1.700 EUR. It will depend whether buildings are new or no and the flat condition.

- I believe, when the construction starts, prices will automatically go up in Savska, Karadjordjeva, Sarajevska and Gavrila Principa. As for the Belgrade on water, they will definitely not be below EUR 3.000 per square meter – one of the real estate agents says.
