King of Matijevic Meat Industry acquires Neobus

Novi Sad-based MPZ Agrar, owned by Petar Matijevic, owner of Meat Industry Matijevic, acquired the plant for production of buses, Neobus.

After two failed auctions, on Friday, March 6, 2015, former successful company from bankruptcy was sold at some two million euros.

Zoran Matijevic, the head of Matijevic agrar, confirming that they bought Neobus at the initial price, says that MPZ Agrar was the only participant at the auction.

Moving to new location, i.e. production department of now former Neobus, the new owner is planning to increase production to 300 tractors per year.
