Property of Belgrade-based confection Beko under hammer

Sale of real estate with supplementary furniture of Belgrade confection Beko was announced.

Subject of sale is office space-shop in the center of Belgrade at the initial price of EU 7.139.847,00 and Vrbas at the initial price of EUR 247.032,25.

Interested buyers will be able to deliver offers for three plants of bankruptcy debtor, Beko: for plant in Lazarevac at the initial price of EUR 714.620,50, Arandjelovac at the initial price of EUR 177.161,25 and Kovinu at the initial price of EUR 622.625,00.

Apart from plants and office space, trustee in bankruptcy announced sale of vacation resort in Belanovica with inventory and land at the initial price of EUR 136.892, 50 and a flat in Belgrade at EUR 39.958,96.

Deadline for submission of offers at public tender is April 7, 2015.

Public bidding will be held April 14 at 12 in Belgrade.
