500 new flats between Tasmajdan and Botanical garden underway - The Israeli are building residential complex in Belgrade city center totalling more than EUR 120 m (PHOTO)

New residential complex construction in Belgrade is starting with the first days of the New Year between the Starine Novaka, Stanoja Glavasa, Kneza Danila and Dalmatinska streets.


- The Central Garden complex in Belgrade will offer a new way of life, a new view on the quality of living in the city center–Gili Dekel, GM at Direct Capital S, which investors in this complex, AFI Europe and Shikun & Binui Group, set up in Serbia, says for eKapija.

-The construction of Central Garden is an investment worth over € 120 million, which will have great impact on the development of the Belgrade residential market.

Geographical position of Serbia is interesting for many foreign investors, but due to the economic situation the number of those who choose to invest at the moment is still small. think Serbia is very attractive for a number of companies and foreign investors and we are planning to develop our mutual cooperation and join forces to start new projects – Dekel says.

He added the relations between our two countries have always been positive and he is happy that the Israeli have the opportunity to strengthen inter-state cooperation through various projects.

- Our countries have rich history, culture, and we can say that our temperament is very similar. Economic cooperation is highly important, and I strongly believe that exchange of know-how and goods between our countries will be improved and more visible – eKapija’s collocutor concluded.
