Nis to get shopping mall by the summer 2015

The mayor of Nis, Zoran Perisic, has said today that a German investor by the end of next summer will build at Medijana a shopping mall with ground facilities.

The shopping mall will be located at current location of the Medijana motel and will hire 130 people, Persic said for journalists. He did not say the name of the German investor.

Perisic said that final negotiations have been in progress with a low-cost company which would fly from the Nis airport.

He said he has the proposal of the contract at his desk and that the town fulfilled the terms which were required so that the company could fly from the Nis airport.
