Forever Friends, the humanitarian foundation of Fashion Company, has donated EUR 100,000 in dinar countervalue to the National Health Insurance Fund as support in suppressing the COVID-19 epidemic.

– With this donation, we want to do everything in our power to help fight for the health and safety of us all. At the same time, we want to thank the medical workers, who are on the first line of defense and who are fighting for our fellow citizens' lives day and night. Doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians and hygienists are all there for us. We need to be there for them too. In these truly challenging moments, we need to be aware that life gives us back what we give to others – stated Iva Babovic, the president of the Forever Friends Foundation, and added that love and care for the community, shoppers and thousands of employees are the foundations of the nearly three decades of Fashion Company's operations.

As the press release further says, complying with the recommendations of the Government of Serbia regarding operations in the state of emergency, Fashion Company has temporarily suspended activities in its offices and stores in Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania in order to protect the health of its employees, shoppers and partners.

Also, as a socially responsible company, it will try to contribute to the efforts to save the economy.
