1. 1976 - became employed in the International Trade Fair Belgrade, in the Protocol Department and was appointed as the Chief of the Department .

2.Starting from 1990, from the very beginning of the establishing the working group for the project of foundation of the World Trade Center Belgrade (1990),in the same company International Trade Fair Belgrade, I was appointed as the Manager of the Group. In 1991 at the WTCA Board Spring Meeting in Hong Kong, the International Trade Fair Belgrade was assigned as the founder of the World Trade Center Belgrade and got the License.

3.1992- The Management of the International Trade Fair Belgrade elected me as the General Secretary of the new established World Trade Center Belgrade. I’m still managing the operation of the WTC Belgrade as the General Secretary.

- After ten years of its operation WTC Belgrade was Certified in September 2002 and has got the WTCA Award for Center of Excellence for Achieved Service Quality Standards in the following categories: Trade Information Services, Business Services, Trade Education Services, WTC Club Facilities, Tenant Services, Group Trade Missions, Exhibit Facilities and Services and Conference Facilities.

4.In the process of the transition of the economy in our country and transition of the ownership of the International Trade Fair Belgrade and the WTC Belgrade, starting from January 1998-December 2000, both organizations are headed by the Board of Directors consisted of five members, and I was elected as one of them for the mentioned period of time.

From 1994-December 1998, I have been appointed as the General Secretary of the Yugoslav Board of International Managers (volunteer public function)

From October 2002, I have been appointed by WTCA Board of Directors as Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Regular Member of the WTCA Committee on Tourism, Hospitality and Cultural Exchange .

Relevant Work Experience

During the operation of the World Trade Center Belgrade, where I was the only full time employee in the very delicate circumstances ,WTC Belgrade has achieved the remarkable results , first of all , the respective number of regular members: entrepreneurs, the representatives of small and medium sized companies, and secondly in the field of education of those members. During the WTCA General Assembly, held in Taipei in 1994 World Trade Center Belgrade was awarded for the Best Performance by a Newly Connected WTC. In the period of these eight years of the full operation of the WTC Belgrade she has been organizing directly series of educational programs, and have been participating as a speaker in the large number of seminars, symposia and workshops . This kind of educational program was highly accepted and attended by the business people from our region.

As the International Trade Fair Belgrade is the founder of the WTC Belgrade, concerning the fact that the facilities of the WTC Belgrade are situated at the fair ground, during all international manifestations, trade fairs and exhibitions, WTC Belgrade has been always at the disposal of the exhibitors. Those international manifestations has been used for the WTC Belgrade as the favorable occasion for organizing the workshops, the match-making programs, organization of various promotional programs, organization of the seminars under the title: “Doing Business With…” (various countries have been participating in this program, such as: Spain, Greece, Australia, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Macedonia , Italy, Romania ,Germany etc.).

I have organized a lot of Trade Missions, but I would like to stress only some of them, considering the quantity and the quality of the participants (General and Top Managers): 1995 Bourgas, Bulgaria, 1997 Leeuwarden, Holland, 1998 Seville, Spain,2000.Trieste, Italy, 2001. Zagreb, Croatia, 2002. Habana, Cuba.

On the occasion of each international trade fair and exhibition held in Belgrade a huge number of incoming trade mission delegations have been accepted by the WTC Belgrade and I created the Match Making Program for them.

PUBLICATIONS

1.I have started editing the WTC Belgrade News, once in three months, about the activities of WTC Belgrade and its members in the mentioned period, 1,000 copies, in English, distributed through the channel of the WTCA Directory and the ITC Directory. I am the editor-in-chief. Starting from January 1998, I created and I’m still editing WTC Belgrade Advertisement Edition, monthly, only in Serbian language , in 1,000 copies. I write editorial for each edition, the reports of various researches in the field of Internet web presentations useful for businessmen.
