Accor, one of the world’s leading hotel groups, is expanding its portfolio of premium brands in southeast Europe by signing the agreement on a new hotel in Serbia, Swissotel Kopaonik.
The hotel will welcome its first guests in the winter season 2024/2025, Accor Group says in a press release and adds that the newly built facility will offer 175 rooms and apartments, restaurants, a cigar bar, a spa and wellness zone, an indoor and an outdoor pool, a conference space and a ski rental shop.
The facility will be located in the very center of Kopaonik, next to the ski center, in close proximity to the ski lifts. Swissotel will fit perfectly into the spectacular mountain ambiance.
The investor and the owner of the hotel, the press release says, is the company KOP2020 doo.
The inspiration for the design of Swissotel Kopaonik is the traditional mountain cabin that is characterized by slanted roofs and façade design with stone and wood samples. The interior design reflects the atmosphere of a mountain cabin through a modern approach, combining exposed wooden beams and rustic details with luxurious finishing works and a modern, extravagant furniture design, says the description of the project.
