Italian Government approves EUR 800.000 for waterworks facilities rehabilitation

The Government of the Republic of Italy, at the proposal of the Office for support and rehabilitation of flooded areas, approved funds for the project totaling EUR 800.000 (RSD 93.600.000) for rehabilitation after floods in waterworks field.

This grant will be used for rehabilitation of ruined and damaged infrastructure for flood protection in charge of Srbijavode" (some RSD 56.600.000) and Vode Vojvodine (some RSD 37.000.000), the Office announced.

Infrastructure rehabilitation was planned in Ub, Ljubovija, Smederevska Palanka, Knjazevac, Surdulica, Sremska Mitrovica and Sid.

The Office for support and rehabilitation of flooded areas, on behalf of the Government of Serbia, thanks to the Government of Italy for readiness to help in rehabilitation of Serbia as well as for understanding and readiness to meet our priorities in rehabilitation of the country after floods.
