Turks and Italians interested in Paracin-based Stofara
The second advertisement for sale of Paracin-based Stofara has not been released yet because there is no point in doing it until interested buyers appear, the trustee in bankruptcy at Stofara, Sasa Jovanovic said, the official site of Paracin reports.
He said every launch is cost. So far, a number of representatives from Turkish
and Italian companies asked around about the plant, they toured it but whether
they are really interested will be known of they purchase documentation. If it
happens, Jovanovic will release a new add or it will define with the Bankruptcy
Council a new sale method.
If Stofara is sold, the first round of trustees will be paid which means the
former employees should get 12 guaranteed personal incomes and contributions to
the Pension Insurance Fund in 24 months, it was added at the official municipal
site - paracin.rs.
