Prime Minister Koštunica and Peter Doyle, Head of IMF Mission, spoke about conducting of reforms and macroeconomic issues
It is necessary that the efforts be invested in additional reduction of public consumption in Serbia. This was pointed out in the talk between the Prime Minister of the Government of Serbia and the Head of the Mission of the International Monetary Fund Peter Doyle.
In addition to Prime Minister Vojislav Koštunica, the Minister of International Economic Relations and the Acting Ministry of Finance, Milan Parivodić, and the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, Radovan Jelašić, were also present at the meeting with Doyle.
They talked about economic movements in Serbia, conducting of structural reforms and macroeconomic issues. It has been pointed out that the gross national growth has been successfully increases, as well as that the inflation rate has been reduced.
