The Boka grupa company, owned by Montenegrin-British businessman John Gvozdenovic Kennedy, has failed to fulfill its financial obligations towards the state budget of Montenegro, so the Montenegrin government yesterday decided to extend deadlines, pointing out they were final now.

This is not the only problem for Kennedy because his partner Chris Librex said he was deceived as he had not got the money for the stake in the company he had sold to Kennedy, adding that he would ask the Montenegrin government to give the job back to his company LPGD.

According to the 3rd annex to the agreement on the lease of land for the construction of golf complex, Boka grupa was supposed to pay EUR 270,000 to the state by March 14 as a guarantee that it would fulfill its obligations from that annex as well as another EUR 1,069,891.60 for the "rest of the rent for a period of 8.5 years" by June 20.

Kennedy has recently said that he also wants to have a ski resort built in Kolasin.
