Indian company "Zoom Technologies" and Belgrade-based "Rudnap" have expressed their interests in procurement of once the largest company in Bosnia and Herzegovina - "Energoinvest" from Sarajevo.

The international public tender for privatization of "Energoinvesta" was announced in November 2006, but, except for the partnership group of Džemail Vlahovljak, nobody applied for the procurement of the State-owned property in the company.

Before the extended deadline, first the bid of Indian company was delivered and then "Rudnap's". "Zoom Technologies" is the IT company that deals with computer network systems and computer security systems.

"Zoom Technologies" has expressed its interest in "Energoinvest", but it did not buy the tender documentation, which "Rudnap" did. The latter is the company that deals with wholesale trade in metals and ores. It was bought in 2000 by companies "Danubius Building Corporation" and "Integris Limited".

"Energoinvest" ended year 2006 with the income of 156.56m EUR and the profit amounted to 1.28m EUR.
