Tender for sale of Internet provider "EUnet" to be announced in May
- The tender for sale of Internet provider "EUnet" will be announced in May 2007. So far, the interest was expressed by three companies - said the Executive Manager of "EUnet" Saša Marković.
He confirmed that the privatization of "EUnet" had been discussed with "Telekom Slovenije", but he also said that no concrete agreement had been reached.
- Privatization is an opportunity that both majority and 100% ownership, strategic partnership or additional capitalization of "EUnet", be included in the offer, which will depend on the offers – Marković pointed out.
The owner of "EUnet" was Astra Banka, which is currently in the liquidation process, and the Deposit Insurance Agency took on the care of the company's capital.
