Luxury in city center - company "Ocean Atlantic International" represented its "Gallery suites"

Last night (January 25, 2007), in cafe "Vanilla Lounge", company "Ocean Atlantic International", in cooperation with Austrian Investment Fund "ImmoEast", represented its new project - "Gallery suites", which will be built in the heart of Belgrade.

In the relaxed atmosphere of this club in Belgrade, the future housing complex was represented, as well as all benefits of the apartment in the city center.

This exclusive project consists of apartment-business facility whose total surface is 18,500 square meters. It has eight floors and 3 garage levels beneath the ground. The project will be implemented on very attractive location, more precisely, in Francuska Street on Dorćol.

The sale of apartments commences today (January 26, 2007) and the plan is that the construction of complex lasts for 18 months. The works should start very soon.
