"EUnet" aimed by "Telekom Slovenia"

"Telekom Slovenia" (TS) is very interested in the wave of privatization and additional capitalization that lies ahead for the telecommunications companies in Serbia and starts in spring.

Slovenians are interested in three Serbian operators. It is for certain that TS took a fancy to "EUnet". The negotiations on the takeover of this internet provider are already in progress. TS waits for the commencement of sale of share in operators "Serbia broadband" (SBB), "Beotel" and "Yubc".

Slovenians claim that "EUnet" is the most serious offer, because it has 80,000 users and it is worth about 40m EUR. There is also SBB, which is more independent in infrastructural sense. The open competition for additional capitalization worth more than 100m EUR is expected to take place in May 2007.
