Company "Aman Resorts" from Singapore to take over hotels "Sveti Stefan", "Miločer" and "Kraljičina plaža"

Today (January 15, 2007), the contracts will be signed with the representatives of Singapore-based company "Aman Resorts" on 30-year rental of hotels "Sveti Stefan", "Miločer" and "Kraljičina plaža" at the Budva riviera.

On the same day, "Aman resorts" will take over the management over these hotels, which are owned by hotel-tourist company "Budvanska rivijera" and the State.

During the reconstruction of the hotels, in which, according to the contract, at least 40m EUR will be invested, the annual rental fee will amount to 1.9m EUR.
