Futura plus exits bankruptcy
Futura plus, a subsidiary of Centro stampa holding, has exited bankruptcy after four and a half years. This is the only company in Serbia in the past twenty years that has managed to change that status, Centro stampa holding announced in a release.
That company bought Stampa from Germany's WAZ medien gruppe in 2011, after which it acquired Futura plus in bankruptcy which had debts totaling tens of millions of euros and failed to attract any investors.
Centro stampa holding explained in the release that despite the high risks of investing in these two companies on the edge of disaster, it had seen a chance in the undeveloped market and the development of their potential.
