In the Gradac public company in Cacak, an agreement was signed Friday (February 21) to free the Slovenian investor Toming inzenjering from the obligation to pay the fee for the development of its own land where this company plans to build an outdoor retail center with a number of accompanying facilities (retail park) on a surface area of 7,000 square meters, a half of which will be covered by a supermarket, whereas the remaining space will be occupied by the outlets of European brands.

- This agreement is used to define the exemption from the obligation to pay the city land development fee for investors who plan on hiring more than 50 our fellow citizens after finishing the construction of their facility - said Gradac CEO Nebojsa Jovanovic.

Toming inzenjering Project Manager Nenad Sikman noted that that company had bought a land in Cacak in 2007, but the developments in markets and investment fields had preventem them from completing the project earlier. He specified they would build a 7,000 sqm retail park with a parking lot for 240 cars and more than 10 outlets.

Works under this project will start as soon as all necessary permits have been collected, and Sikman expects that to be done by the end of March.
