Nominate projects for Investment of the Year Award in Serbia - Competition for 2014 Aurea Award opens

The business web portal eKapija has opened a competition for the Aurea Investment of the Year Award for the sixth consecutive year. The nomination period begins today and runs until February 17th.

Any company that implemented an innovative, socially useful and commercially successful project in Serbia in the previous calendar year can be nominated for the Aurea Award.

The editorial team of eKapija has already started selecting candidates, and all interested companies can apply for the award themselves by filling out the form on the website www.aurea.rs.

Upon the analysis of submitted applications, the projects shortlisted for the award will be presented on web portals www.ekapija.com and www.aurea.rs. The winner will be selected by an expert and unbiased jury, while one vote will also be cast by the readers of eKapija and the visitors of aurea.rs web portal via the Internet.

- In the time we're living in, confronted with the effects of both global and local crisis, it is particularly difficult to find investors willing to support a new project or idea. However, the values promoted by Aurea are explicitly and constantly "on the radar" of all serious investors who are the most active in the times of crisis. Therefore, we want to invite all companies that launched projects in 2013 that meet our competition criteria to nominate them as that is the best way for them to approach prospective investors and the broader business public in style – said Zdravko Loncar, the CEO of eKapija.

The 2014 Aurea Award will be presented at an awards ceremony in late March, and in addition to the main award, two special awards will also be presented - for the best innovation and the best social utility.

As a socially responsible company, eKapija organizes the Aurea event with no financial interest in it.
