Apartments on top floors of villas within the residential complex Dukljanski Vrtovi at Cape Zavala near Budva are priced at EUR 8,000 per square meter, which make them one of the most expensive properties at the Montenegrin seaside.

The surface area of these penthouse suites priced at about EUR 2 million is 250 square meters.

According to the Montera's spokesperson Milena Spahic, these suites are also the best selling ones, and the buyers are mainly businessmen from Azerbaijan, Russia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

She told the daily Vijesti that suite sales at Cape Zavala were satisfactory, adding that more than 50 percent of the total of 202 apartments had already been sold.

- Prices range from 6,000 to 8,000 euros per square meter with the former being the price of square meter of a penthouse on the top floor - said Spahic.

As she announced, this residential complex is expected to be completely finished late next year, but it should be ready for the first tenants as early as June 2014.
