Government gives consent for privatization of Galenika and Politika

The Serbian government has given its consent for the start of privatization of pharmaceutical company Galenika and Politika AD, it was announced in the latest issue of Official Gazette.
Based on this decision, tenders will be published to sell the state-owned stake in those two companies.
The state owns 85 percent of Galenika and 31 percent of Politika AD, in which the Share Fund holds a 21 percent stake and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund a 4 percent stake.
