Montenegrin company Domaca Trgovina took over Maxi, Mini Maxi and Tempo facilities in Montenegro on Tuesday.

According to a release issued by Domaca Trgovina on Wednesday, the business relationship with the previous owner of these facilities, Belgium's Delhaize, will be maintained through franchising, which will ensure the availability of Delhaize's brands 365 and Premia in Montenegro.

The release reads that Domaca Trgovina is a new member of the Expo Group that will have in excess of 1,200 employees next year.

It is added in the release that Domaca Trgovina will continue to develop its chain by opening new stores in attractive and high-frequency locations all around Montenegro.
