Law on import and export of dual use goods adopted

Serbian MP's yesterday adopted the Law on Import and Export of Dual-Use Goods that should establish control over the import and export of goods that can be used for both civilian and military purposes.

The aim of the Law is to establish control over the import and export of dual-use goods and the provision of broker services and technical assistance related to dual-use goods for the sake of protecting defense, security and foreign policy interests of Serbia and its international credibility and respecting the country's international obligations in that field.
