Belgrade-based hotel Townhouse 27 wins Certificate of Excellence

According to a release issued by Townhouse 27, this certificate is awarded on the basis of the marks given by guests for the level and quality of service in certain accommodation facility.

Tripadvisor is one of the most influential web portals in the domain of tourism and hospitality. It was launched in 2000 and today has over 3 million facilities rated, 20 million members all around the world, and more than 50 million visits per month.

In order for a hotel to quality for this certificate, it must have a continuous rating of minimum 4 circles (out of the maximum five) as a result of the comments posted by travelers on the portal. Also, the hotel must exist at the portal for at least 12 months. An additional criterion is the number of comments attracted over the last 12 months.
