PayPal interested in enabling receipt of money in Serbia
The world's largest online money transfer and payment service - PayPal, is interested in enabling the receipt of money in Serbia.
- PayPal enabled the Send option in Serbia in April. During May, our delegation was staying in the USA, where we talked with PayPal representatives who are willing to enable the "Receive" option for our citizens, but they first need to clear up all uncertainties related to our regulatory framework - said State Secretary in the Ministry of Trade and Telecommunications Stefan Lazarevic.
The Ministry of Trade and Telecommunications is now having consultations with authorized institutions to resolve these uncertainties in order to make it possible for the citizens of Serbia to receive money via this online service.
