Germany's Grammer to open new factory in Aleksinac - Jobs for 520 workers
Serbian Finance and Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic signed today in Aleksinac an agreement with the representatives of Germany's Grammer Group to open a new factory in that town.
As Dinkic pointed out, the new factory will hire 520 workers by the end of 2014, and the government will grant an incentive of EUR 7,000 to Grammer for each new job created at that factory.
- The new factory will be situated on the site of the current factory Sirokos that will be bought and reconstructed by Grammer by the year's end - said Dinkic.
The future factory will be producing headrests for seats for Audi, BMW, Fiat and another ten car makers around the world.
Dinkic signed aforementioned agreement with Grammer CEO Pierluigi Ghione.
Grammer currently employs 740 people in Aleksinac.
