Simpo the biggest debtor - List of the biggest tax debtors in Serbia published

The Tax Administration of Serbia has announced today the list of the biggest tax debtors, where 227 are active companies, 597 companies in bankruptcy or liquidation, 163 in restructuring process, 162 deleted from the registry and 30 of those which have been taken tax identification number (TIN).

The biggest tax debtor among the active companies is Vranje-based Simpo with a debt of RSD 4,5 billion, Belgrade-based Mera invest with RSD 784 mil, Subituca-based Simex with 615 mil follow. Debts among legal entities range from RSD 4,5 billion to RSD 16,7 million.

Among other, the list comprises: Novosti with 228 mil, Zekstra grupa with a debt of RSD 183 mil, Farmakom - Rudnici i topionica with 179 mil, then Football club Vojvodina with RSD 229,8 mil and Basketball club Partizan with 152 mil, Galenika with 113, Pink Internacional with 104 million as well as, Luka Beograd" with the debt of RSD 98 mil.

The list of the biggest tax debtors is 1000 entrepreneurs and the Dragan Cicic, owner of production-commercial shop, Drvoplast from Kraljevo, is the biggest debtor with RSD 118 mil.

Tax administration does not have the option of forced payment from companies which went bankrupt or are undergoing restructuring process. Among the companies which went bankrupt, the biggest one is Beobanka with a debt of RSD 29,7 billion, Investbank with a debt of RSD 22,4 billion and Astra bank with 19,3 mill.

When it comes to debtors undergoing restructuring process, forced payment is possible with them. Zastava oružje which owns RSD 5,9 mil, Kragujevac-based Zastava automobili, RTB Bor - copper mines, Krusevac-based 14.oktobar and Jagodinska pivara are the biggest debtors among the companies in restructuring process.

Novi Pazar-based Almir Export, Sid-based BS trgovina and Golden oil are the biggest tax debtors which were deleted from the registry.

Novi Sad-based Ekobras metal, Belgrade-based Modna konfekcija and Beoogrev are the biggest debtors who have been taken tax identification number (TIN).
