Swiss International to launch direct service between Belgrade and Geneva
Swiss International Air Lines will launch direct services from Geneva to Belgrade on 19 December 2013, Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade said in a release today.
The release reads that the Swiss airline will operate two flights per week for a start, every Tuesday and Thursday, using an Airbus A320, whereas the third weekly flight should be introduced 12 April 2014 and operated every Saturday.
The Swiss flag carrier already operates flights from Zurich to Belgrade. The airline is one of the busiest foreign carriers operating out of Serbia. In May, Swiss International carried 18,600 passengers between Zurich and Belgrade, with an average of 150 passengers per flight.
