Serbian Prime Minister, Ivica Dacic, announced arrival of American Apple and Google to Serbia by the end of the year and pointed out that the investments would be especially important for the image improvement of Serbia.

After visiting Google and Apple in the Silicon Valley in California, Dacic said for RTS he was expecting these companies to open branch offices in Serbia and added that the arrival of these American giant companies to Serbia will improve the image of the country.

Yesterday in San Francisco Dacic participated at the investment conference where he invited American companies to invest in Serbia. He met the managerial structure of Hewlett Packard, PayPal and Oracle, which announced business development in Serbia.

This includes an option to sell in the future via PayPal, not only to buy. The Serbian Prime Minister said to the representatives of the American IT companies that Serbia is politically stable and open for business opportunities and that investors in Serbia would find precious talents like nowhere else in the world.

According to his words, Serbian Government is aiming at becoming technological and innovation center of Europe and Belgrade is putting a lot of effort to turn this vision into reality.

- Today, the Oracle President told me what they need – good people and good place for business – what more would you wish for except for Serbia- the Serbian Prime Minister concluded.
