The office of Belgrade's "Komercijalna banka" was opened today (September 26, 2006) in Banja Luka in the presence of the PMs of Serbia and Republic of Srpska Vojislav Koštunic and Milorad Dodik.

Pointing out that this is a big day for both RS and Serbia, Prime Minister Koštunica said that the Agreement on special paralel relations, which should enable broadening of relations between Serbia and RS in all fields, would be signed today.

- That is the agreement that is alive, that does not stay on the paper, that will be expanding through economic, cultural, commercial, sports cooperation - said Koštunica, pointing out that "big number of businessmen who will help in broadening of that agreement in all fields of cooperation" came to Banja Luka.

Prime Minister Milorad Dodik said that he had waited for that moment for the long time and that he certainly shared opinion that the operations of "Komercijalna banka" in Banja Luka would be for the good of the businessmen in Serbia and RS, as well as of all citizens in RS. He pointed out that the market of RS was legally organized and that he expected that the newly opened bank would be the leader in the financial sector in RS.
