New attempt to sell Durmitor Hotel in Zabljak - Starting price at EUR 5.4 million

After two unsuccessful attempts, bankruptcy manager of Durmitor Ski Resort, Cedo Gospic, has placed a new ad to sell Durmitor Hotel.
With all adjacent land and 13 bungalows, the oldest hotel in Zabljak, one of the pioneers in Montenegro's hotel business, is this time priced at EUR 5.4 million.
The ad will be open by May 7th. It is also specified that the buyer will have to keep six permanent employees of this company.
