"Meridian bank" completely taken over by the French

French bank "Credit Agricole" has become the owner of 100% of capital of Novi Sad-based "Meridian bank".
This bank bought remaining 29% of stocks for about 65m EUR, i.e. 5.4 billion CSD. The price per stock amounted to 10,179 CSD and total of 530,025 stocks have been bought through the offer for takeover.
"Credit Agrikole" is now the sole owner of total of 1,827,672 stocks of "Meridian bank".
